Crockpot Shredded Pork Ribs


I love these Crockpot Shredded Pork Ribs! You make this in the crockpot and I love crockpot meals. This recipe has a great flavor. We hope you like it.

4 pounds boneless pork ribs

2 cups prepared orange juice

3/4 cup soy sauce

2  1/2 Tablespoons brown sugar

1 Tablespooon fresh ginger, peeled and minced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup cornstarch

3 Tablespoons water

Directions:

1. Place ribs in the bottom of slow cooker.

2. Place orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper in a sauce pan. Bring mixture to a boil to dissolve brown sugar.

3. Combine cornstarch and water. Add to the sauce and continue to boil to thicken.

4. Pour over pork in the crockpot.

5. Cook on low for 8 hours.

6. When pork is finished cooking, shred the pork. Stir to incorporate sauce.

Serve over rice. Enjoy!
