- 1 cucumber, chopped into big chunks
- 1 apple, cored and cut up
- 2 kiwi, peeled
- 2 tbsps cilantro leaves
- 1 small handful spinach leaves
- 2 cups pineapple, frozen
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 1/2-2 cups coconut water

How To Make Green Protein Smoothie:
- Chop cucumber into big chunks, core and chop apple, peel and cut kiwi and tear off cilantro leaves. Place in a blender.
- Add a handful of spinach, frozen pineapple, protein powder and 1 1/2 cups coconut water.
- Blend well. Add more coconut water to get desired consistency, as desired.
