Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber chopped into big chunks
  • 1 apple cored and cut up
  • 2 kiwi peeled
  • 2 tbsps cilantro leaves
  • 1 small handful spinach leaves
  • 2 cups pineapple frozen
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/2-2 cups coconut water

Instructions

  1. Chop cucumber into big chunks, core and chop apple, peel and cut kiwi and tear off cilantro leaves. Place in a blender.

  2. Add a handful of spinach, frozen pineapple, protein powder and 1 1/2 cups coconut water.

  3. Blend well. Add more coconut water to get desired consistency. Enjoy!
