Are you looking for a quick meal? This One Pan Spicy Chicken Skillet is it! It’s quick to put together and very flavorful.
1 1/2 pounds rotisserie chicken, cut into bites-sized pieces
1/2 cup salsa
2 15 ounce cans corn, drained
2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
2 4 ounce cans green chilies
2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cheddar cheese, grated
Sour cream, if desired
Add all ingredients to a deep sauté or frying pan.
Bring to a boil.
Boil for 7 minutes, stirring often so it won’t burn.
When it has thickened, serve with tortilla chips and grated cheese.
