Eggnog Fudge

A simple and delicious holiday fudge recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup eggnog
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Place parchment paper or aluminum foil into a 9x9 baking dish. Leave the sides long so they hang over the edges-makes lifting the fudge out of the pan easier.

  2. Place butter, eggnog and sugar into a sauce pan and bring to a boil, while stirring.

  3. Continue boiling and stirring. Use a candy thermometer and cook to 234°

  4. Remove from the heat and stir in the white chocolate chips.

  5. Then, stir in the marshmallow creme, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt.

  6. Spread into prepared pan and refrigerate for 3-4 hours to set.

  7. Cut and enjoy or use for neighbor gifts.
