
An easy side dish that goes with many main dish recipes.
Preheat oven to 425℉.
Cut French bread in half lengthwise.
Soften (NOT MELTED) butter in the microwave, if necessary.
Mix the softened butter with the minced garlic and chopped fresh parsley.
Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.
Spread butter mixture on each side of the French bread.
Place buttered French bread sides onto a parchment covered baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes at 425℉.
Remove from the oven when edges of French bread are lightly browned to your liking.
Cut into 16 pieces and serve.
