Ingredients

  • 2 pounds zucchini
  • 2 ½ tbsps olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese more as desired

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the ends off of the zucchini.

  2. Cut zucchini into wedges.

  3. Pat zucchini dry with paper towels and place in a large mixing bowl.

  4. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, pepper and smoked paprika together.

  5. Drizzle the olive oil over zucchini spears and toss to coat each spear.

  6. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over the zucchini in the bowl and toss well to coat.

  7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over coated zucchini and place each piece onto a greased baking sheet trying to not let them touch.

  8. Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes. Until nearly desired tenderness.

  9. Turn the broiler on and let the wedges get toasty. Watch closely so they do not burn-2-3 minutes.

  10. Serve and enjoy while still hot.
