A delicious pasta salad that is perfect for summer barbecues
Cook pasta to al dente. Drain, rinse and set aside on paper towel to continue draining.
In a frying pan, cook the corn, green onion and garlic in the olive oil until the corn browns.
Combine all ingredients to make the dressing, mix well.
Combine pasta, corn mixture, cilantro, jalapeƱos, black beans and dressing. Fold together to mix well.
Sprinkle extra paprika, chili powder and cilantro over the top to garnish. Serve and enjoy.
