An easy side dish recipe made with few ingredients.
While you cut the cauliflower into florets, get salted water starting to boil.
When water is boiling, add the florets and cook until tender-about 10-15 minutes.
Drain cauliflower well and set aside.
Cook the minced garlic in one tablespoon of butter until fragrant.
Add cauliflower, cooked minced garlic, two reserved tablespoons butter, sour cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve with extra melted butter and sprinkle with parsley or chives if desired.
