A moist muffin recipe filled with juicy blueberries.
Remove 1 egg and 3/4 cup milk from refrigerator.
Melt butter and set aside.
In a medium to large mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix to combine.
Add thawed or fresh blueberries to the flour mixture and stir to coat.
In another mixing bowl, add egg, milk and melted butter. Mix well
Add egg mixture to flour mixture and mix just until moistened-batter will be lumpy.
Grease a 12 muffin cup pan and fill the muffin cups with the batter.
Bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes-until baked through.
Remove from oven, serve and enjoy.
