An easy chili recipe for fall or anytime.
Crumble cook ground beef with the diced onion until cooked through.
Add the garlic and cook for one more minute.
Add beans, tomatoes, tomato paste and sauce, chicken broth and seasonings. Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
Serve with sour cream, grated cheese, sliced jalapeƱos and corn bread, if desired.
