A super quick and easy dinner idea for busy nights.
Bring water to a boil and then add the ramen noodles.
Boil for 2 minutes.
Add the chopped broccoli and the ramen seasoning packets.
Continue simmering and stirring for 1 minute-or until ramen is desired tenderness.
Add the peas and carrots and the chicken. Stir and remove from the heat.
Serve with freshly cracked pepper and soy sauce.
