A simple and healthy side dish recipe.
Wash and cut the ends off of the zucchini.
Cut zucchini into wedges.
Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, pepper and paprika together.
Brush olive oil mixture onto each zucchini wedge and place on a greased baking sheet.
Sprinlkle zucchini wedges with parmesan cheese and bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy while still warm.
