One Pan Green Chile Burritos

Ingredients

  • 2 12 ounce cans Roast Beef un-drained
  • 4 ounce can diced green chiles
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 7 3/4 ounce can El Pato tomato sauce
  • 1 cube beef bouillon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • flour tortillas
  • toppings: cheese, lettuce, sour cream, avocado

Instructions

  1. Place beef, green chiles, diced onion, El Pato tomato sauce, and beef bouillon into a deep frying pan. Bring to a boil while stirring.

  2. Boil until onions are nearly tender.

  3. Add butter and flour to the mixture and mix well.

  4. Simmer until onions are cooked, flour has incorporated, and the liquid has disappeared. Mixture should be thick.

  5. Place meat mixture on flour tortillas and top with grated cheddar cheese, lettuce, avocado and/or sour cream. Top as you like. Enjoy!
