Samoa Cookie Salad
An easy and delicious dessert salad recipe.

Ingredients
- 3.5 ounce box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 8 ounces Cool Whip whipped topping
- 20 ounce can pineapple chunks drained well
- 2 11 ounce cans mandarin oranges drained well
- 7-8 ounce container Samoa cookies or Great Value's version broken into quarters

Mix pudding and buttermilk until smooth.

Fold in Cool Whip, pineapple, and mandarin oranges.

Fold in quartered cookies.
