A super quick and easy dinner recipe for busy nights.
Heat meatballs in a sauce pan with one cup of the spaghetti sauce.
While the meatballs are heating through, cut the French bread in half lenghwise and place on a large baking sheet with the cut middles facing up.
Coat each side of the French bread with garlic butter and place in the oven on low broil.
Remove from the oven when bread is toasted.
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese on top of the toasted bread and return to the oven on low broil-watch it closely. Remove bread from the oven when the cheese has melted.
Place the meatballs on the bottom side of the bread and place the top piece back on top.
Heat the extra spaghetti sauce in the microwave for dipping.
Slice the meatball sub and serve with warmed spaghetti sauce, diced onion, and diced green pepper.
Serve and enjoy!
