A quick and easy pork chop recipe.
Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel and discard paper towel.
Place flour on a shallow plate.
Crack egg and scramble it on another plate.
Place seasoned bread crumbs, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley on another plate and stir to combine.
Dredge each pork chop through the flour, coating all sides.
Next, dredge each pork chop through the scrambled egg. Coat all sides.
Then, dredge each pork chop through the seasoning mixture. Coat well.
Heat one to two tablespoon of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Place each pork chop into the hot pan and cook for three minutes.
Flip each pork chop and cook for another 2 minutes-until just cooked through.
Remove from the pan, serve, and enjoy.
