An easy copycat recipe for turkey bacon ranch subs.
Preheat oven to 350°
Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Melt butter and brush four slices of bread with the melted butter. Then, sprinkle each buttered side with parmesan cheese.
Lay the buttered sides down in the 9 x 13 baking dish.
Top the four slices of bread with desired amount of Ranch dressing and sprinkle each with garlic powder and pepper.
Layer five pieces of deli turkey on each slice of bread.
Top each sandwich with bacon-break each slice in half and lay four half slices on each sandwich.
Place desired amount of cheedar and mozzarella cheese slices on top of each sandwich.
Brush the melted butter on the remaining four pieces of bread and sprinkle each with parmesan cheese.
Lay the bread on top of each sandwich with the butter side on top.
Bake at 350° for 18 minutes. Then, turn the oven to low broil for about two minutes. Watch closely so the sandwiches do not burn-just toast them.
Remove from oven and serve with lettuce and tomato slices.
Enjoy!
