Season pork chops with ranch mix, garlc powder, and pepper.
Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix cream of chicken soup, beef broth, and brown gravy mix in the slow cooker.
Add pork chops to the slow cooker.
Cover with the lid and cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
Remove the pork chops from the gravy.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and water. Whisk into the gravy until well mixed and thickened.
Put pork cjops back in and serve over mashed potatoes, if desired.
