A delicious appetizer recipe that is full of flavor and simple to make.
Pre-heat oven to 400°
Wash and remove the stems from the mushrooms-leaving a cavity in the bottom of the mushroom. Dry the mushrooms with paper towel.
Place mushrooms, top side down, in a greased 9 x 13 and a 9 x 9 baking dish.
Place the ground sausage, cream cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until well blended.
Divide the mixture between the mushrooms-fill the cavity where the stem was removed.
Sprinkle a little parmesan cheese on top of each stuffed mushroom.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
