Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Jimmy Dean ground sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 30 medium sized mushrooms or 20 large
  • Kraft grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°

  2. Wash and remove the stems from the mushrooms-leaving a cavity in the bottom of the mushroom. Dry the mushrooms with paper towel.

  3. Place mushrooms, top side down, in a greased 9 x 13 and a 9 x 9 baking dish.

  4. Place the ground sausage, cream cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until well blended.

  5. Divide the mixture between the mushrooms-fill the cavity where the stem was removed.

  6. Sprinkle a little parmesan cheese on top of each stuffed mushroom.

  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
