A delicious and simple homemade holiday candy recipe.
Coarsely chop the almonds and set aside.
Place miniature marshmallows in a big bowl. Set aside.
Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
Place chocolate bars (broken into smaller pieces), sweetened condensed milk, and Karo corn syrup into a sauce pan or a double boiler.
Heat slowly, stirring frequently until chocolate is melted, smooth and creamy.
Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla and then, the chopped almonds. Stir to combine.
Pour chocolate mixture over the marshmallows a little at a time-stirring between-until all of the chocolate mixture has been used.
Pour Rocky Road into the 9 x 13 baking dish and allow time to cool. Refrigerate to make cutting easier.
When Rocky Road has chilled, cut into desired pieces and enjoy!
Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
