An easy and delicious Asian side dish.
Cook rice and set aside or refrigerate.
Place onion in a deep frying pan with a little oil and cook until tender.
Add minced garlic to the onion. Stirring continually for one minute.
Place carrots and peas into the pan with the onion and garlic. Stir to combine.
Add beaten eggs to the frying pan and stir to combine and to cook the egg.
Add rice, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
Heat through.
Serve and enjoy!
