A fun and delicious breakfast recipe.
Combine Bisquick, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and milk.
Cook batter on a griddle or in a frying pan. Makes about 8 pancakes.
In a sauce pan, combine butter, sugar, buttermilk and Karo syrup.
Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring continually.
Remove from the heat and add baking soda, water, vanilla, and cinnmon.
Stir to combine.
Serve syrup over pancakes and top with whipped topping.
