A spicy sausage gravy for biscuits and gravy.
Crumble cook sausage in a frying pan. Set aside.
In a sauce pan, melt the butter over low heat. Then, whisk in flour.
Slowly add the Half and Half and the milk to the butter mixture. Stirring continually to blend the ingredients.
Add the seasonings and and the sausage. Stir as you bring the gravy to a boil.
Remove from heat and serve over biscuits.
