A comforting and delicious chicken noodle soup recipe.
In a stock pot, cook the carrots, celery, and onion in the butter until vegetables are tender.
Add the cooked, chopped chicken, broth, water, and seasonings Stir to combine.
Bring the soup to a boil while stirring.
Add the egg noodles and continue cooking at a low boil for 8-10 minutes-until egg noodles are desired tenderness.
Remove the bay leaf, serve and enjoy!
