Make brownie batter according to your brownie package directions.
Remove 3/4 cup brownie mix and set aside for the top layer.
Add white chocolate chips to the larger amount of brownie mix and pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Top brownie batter with raspberry pie filling, using a spoon.
Using the 3/4 cup brownie mix that was set aside, drop spoonfuls of batter on top of the raspberry pie filling in random places.
Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes.
