A yummy pasta salad-perfect for summer barbecues.
Prepare vegetables as the pasta cooks.
In a large bowl, place cooked pasta, halved tomatoes, chopped cilantro, diced green pepper and red onion, sliced olives, drained corn and drained and rinsed black beans. Set aside.
Make dressing in a smaller bowl: mix sour cream, milk, and lime juice until smooth, using a whisk. Add Chipotle seasoning, chili powder, cumin and garlic powder. Stir well to combine.
Pour dressing over pasta mixture in the large bowl. Stir to combine.
Chill and serve. Enjoy!
