A delicious twist on cordon bleu.
Soften cream cheese.
Combine softened cream cheese and honey mustard with an electric mixer.
Cut puff pastry into 8 squares.
Divide cream cheese-honey mustard mixture between the 8 puff pastry squares-spread the mixture down the middle of the square on the angle.
Divide chicken, ham, and Swiss between 8 squares.
Fold corners in and seal. Use a little water to secure, if needed.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
