An easy Swedish Meatball recipe with a creamy sauce mixture over the top.
Combine the beef, rice, egg, milk, onion, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs together in a large bowl.
Mix together until well combined. It will be sloppy.
Make the meat mixture into balls and place them into a greased 10x15 baking dish. A 9x13 and 9x9 pan will also work great.
In a large bowl, whisk together the soup, water, and worcestershire sauce.
Pour sauce mixture over the top of the meatballs.
Cover the pan with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
