Easy mashed potatoes made with creamy sour cream and seasonings.
Place diced potatoes into a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and boil for 20 minutes-until potatoes are fork tender.
If you are making these in a slow cooker, place the potatoes into the slow cooker and cover with water. Cook on high for about four hours-or until fork tender.
When the potatoes are tender, drain the water.
Mash the potatoes with a potato masher or an electric mixer until smooth.
Add in the green onion, garlic, butter, sour cream, pepper, and salt. Mix to combine-until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
