Easy stir fry rice bowls made with ground turkey.
In a skillet, cook turkey until no longer pink. Transfer to a bowl.
Add oil to the pan and package of vegetables. Cook until tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
While cooking, mix together the garlic, soy sauce, Mae Ploy, sesame oil, ground ginger, red pepper flakes, brown sugar and honey. Mix well.
Once the vegetables are done, add the turkey back into the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes to let the meat heat back up and the flavors to blend.
Serve over rice.
