A simple and delicious carrot cake recipe.
Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar and oil with a whisk.
Add carrot baby food and vanilla. Mix until combined.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-23 minutes.
Remove from oven when cake is cooked through and allow time for cake to cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with the softened butter using an electric mixture.
Add vanilla and mix.
Add powdered sugar a little at a time. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Spread cream cheese frosting on cooled cake and dust with cinnamon, if desired. Enjoy!
Refrigerate leftovers.
