Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice to taste
  • 1 1/2-2 tsp cinnamon to taste
  • pinch nutmeg optional

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined and the ice is crushed.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
