Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Tri-Tip Beef Roast
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Measure out and combine all of the spices and seasonings.

  2. Mix well.

  3. Press and rub the seasoning into the tri-tip.

  4. Place the tri-tip into a container and cover.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 4.

  6. Cook your tri-tip on a hot grill until the internal temperature reaches 130℉ to 135℉ for medium rare. Enjoy!
