
This easy chili recipe can be made in the slow cooker or on the stove.
Crumble cook the ground pork and the chopped onion. Drain any fat.
While the pork and onion cook, add the minced garlic, chicken broth, chili starter, chili ready tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, refried beans, chili powder, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper to a large stock pot on the stove or a large slow cooker. Stir.
Add the cooked ground pork and onion to the stock pot or the slow cooker, whichever you are using. Stir.
For the stove top: bring to a boil and then simmer, uncovered for 15-20 minutes. For the slow cooker: Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
Serve with Fritos, sour cream, grated cheddar cheese and/or jalapeƱos.
