Place one cup of milk into a mug with the dark chocolate sea salt truffle pieces.
Microwave for one minute. Stir well.
Microwave for 30 seconds to one minute longer-more as needed. Stir well to melt the chocolate pieces between the 30 second intervals.
Top with whipping cream and a dusting of ground cinnamon, if desired.
