A delicious quiche recipe with bacon and avocado.
Place pie crust into the bottom of a greased 9 inch pie pan. Press in lightly and press to edge of pan-cut off any excess pie crust.
Layer diced avocado, bacon crumbles, sliced green onion and diced tomatoes into the bottom of the pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, eggs, salt and pepper with a whisk.
Add grated cheese and stir.
Pour egg mixture over the ingredients already in the pie pan.
If grated cheese is sitting on top, press it down into the mixture.
Bake at 375℉ for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow a few minutes to cool before cutting into the quiche. Serve and enjoy!
