An easy, tried and true potato salad recipe!
Cook and cool potatoes and cook and cool eggs.
While potatoes and eggs cook, prepare green onion, celery and pickles. Place in a large serving or mixing bowl.
Peel and dice potatoes and peel and chop eggs. Place in the bowl with the veggies.
Add mayonnaise, pickle juice, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Mix to combine.
Add dressing to vegetables and mix to combine.
Cover and chill for 2-3 hours. Enjoy!
