A delicious homemade spaghetti sauce that is full of protein-ground beef.
Crumble cook ground meat with the chopped onion in a deep frying pan or deep sauce pan.
When cooked through, drain any fat.
Add remaining ingredients to meat mixture and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour to get desired thickness.
If sauce is too thick, add a little water. However this is supposed to be a meaty sauce. Enjoy over pasta.
