Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps butter
  • 10 ounces miniature marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 6 cups Post Fruity Pebbles
  • non-stick cooking spray
  • 6-10 large plastic fillable Easter Eggs

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of about 6 plastic Easter Eggs with cooking spray and set aside.

  2. In a large pot, begin melting the butter and add 10 ounces of miniature marshmallows. Stir over medium to medium low heat until melted.

  3. Add the vanilla and stir.

  4. Remove from the heat, add the Post Fruity Pebble cereal and stir to combine.

  5. As soon as you can handle the mixture with your hands, butter or spray your hands with non-stick cooking spray.

  6. Press Fruity Pebble mixture into the greased Easter Eggs-enough to fill both sides of the egg. Then, close the egg to set while you fill the others.

  7. When you have filled the six Easter eggs, go back to the first and remove the Fruity Pebbles egg. Set it aside and spray it again if needed. Fill this Egg again and repeat with the other eggs until mixture has been used.

  8. Serve and enjoy! Store leftover, if any, in a large airtight container with enough space so they do not get squished.
