Ingredients

  • 3 ounce box tapioca pudding cook and serve
  • 3 once box vanilla pudding cook and serve
  • 3 ounce box blackberry (or black cherry) Jell-O gelatin
  • 3 cups water
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries

Instructions

  1. Pour water, contents of boxes of tapioca pudding, vanilla pudding, and blackberry Jell-O gelatin into a sauce pan.

  2. Stir and bring to a boil.

  3. Remove from the heat when ingredients have dissolved. Allow time to cool, at least five minutes.

  4. Cover pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set-about 6 hours. Make the night before, if possible.

  5. When Jell-O mixture has set, stir to break up the mixture-not too much or your salad will be too thin.

  6. Place mixture into a large serving bowl.

  7. Fold in Cool Whip and then the fresh blackberries.

  8. Refrigerate to chill, until ready to serve. Enjoy!
