Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork, beef, or turkey pork has more flavor
  • 3 cups green cabbage sliced and chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots grated
  • 3 tbsp green onion sliced plus tops to garnish
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Crumble cook your choice of ground meat. Then, drain any fat.

  2. Add sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, ground ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and pepper to the cooked meat and stir to combine and heat through.

  3. Add shredded, chopped cabbage and grated carrots. Cook until cabbage is tender crisp.

  4. Add green onions and heat through.

  5. Serve in a bowl with green onion tops to garnish. Enjoy!
