A one pan dinner recipe that is great for busy nights.
Crumble cook your choice of ground meat. Then, drain any fat.
Add sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, ground ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and pepper to the cooked meat and stir to combine and heat through.
Add shredded, chopped cabbage and grated carrots. Cook until cabbage is tender crisp.
Add green onions and heat through.
Serve in a bowl with green onion tops to garnish. Enjoy!
