Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1-2 tsp milk optional
  • 8 ounces Heath toffee bits
  • 3-4 apples

Instructions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, brown and white sugars and vanilla in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, until smooth, creamy and well blended.

  2. Add one or two teaspoons of milk, if desired, to make it a little less thick.

  3. Stir in all but about 2 tablespoons of the toffee bits and refrigerate. Set the 2 tablespoon aside.

  4. Just before serving cut apples into slices and top apple dip with remaining toffee bits. Enjoy!

  5. Note: You may want to dip apple slices in lemon juice or Fresca and pat dry before serving to prevent apples from turning brown. This is optional.
