Classic Chili Cheese Dip

A simple dip with only three ingredients that has great flavor.

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces chili
  • 8 ounces Velveeta Cheese or Cream Cheese cubed
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese grated
  • tomatoes diced-optional

Instructions

  1. Heat chili and Velveeta (or cream cheese) in a sauce pan on the stove or in a microwave safe bowl. (stir frequently on the stove or if using the microwave, stir every 3-4 minutes).

  2. When heated through, add grated cheese and stir to melt.

  3. Serve with tortilla chips and diced tomatoes, if desired.
