A simple dip with only three ingredients that has great flavor.
Heat chili and Velveeta (or cream cheese) in a sauce pan on the stove or in a microwave safe bowl. (stir frequently on the stove or if using the microwave, stir every 3-4 minutes).
When heated through, add grated cheese and stir to melt.
Serve with tortilla chips and diced tomatoes, if desired.
