A simple and delicious cheese ball with great green chile flavor.
Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, onion salt, celery seed and dill weed with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add grated cheddar and pepper jack cheeses, drained green chilies and 1 tablespoon of the liquid from the drained green chiles.
Mix with an electric mixer until well blended.
Form into a cheese ball and refrigerate to chill.
Serve with Town House crackers, Ritz crackers, Wheat Thins or your favorite crackers.
