Cranberry Orange Jam

A simple and delicious holiday jam recipe that uses no Pectin.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh or frozen whole cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cups Simply Orange orange juice
  • zest of 2 oranges
  • juice of 2 oranges
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 Fuji apples peeled and grated

Instructions

  1. Zest and then juice the two oranges.

  2. Peel and then grate the two apples.

  3. Place all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil.

  4. When mixture is boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes to get desired jam consistency.

  5. Then, remove from the heat and mash or blend in a blender to get desired chunky or smoothness.

  6. Use, refrigerate or freeze.
