Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 packet Carnation Breakfast Essentials
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • optional mix-ins: mini chocolate chip, mini M'n'M's, raisins, craisins, chopped nuts or peanuts

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until incorporated.

  2. Roll into desired size balls.

  3. Enjoy or refrigerate in an airtight container.
