Raspberry Sherbet Jell-O Salad

Ingredients

  • 2- 3 ounce packages raspberry Jell-O gelatin
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups raspberry sherbet
  • 8 ounces heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • fresh raspberries for serving
  • Reddi Wip whipping cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a small sauce pan (big enough to stir in Jell-O and sherbet). Then, stir in Jell-O gelatin until dissovled.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in sherbet. Stir to melt.

  3. In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream and sugar for about 4 minutes, until whipping cream thickens and forms peaks.

  4. Combine the Jell-O with the whipping cream until well blended and smooth.

  5. Pour mixture in a 2-quart Pyrex dish.

  6. Cover with plastic wrap or lid and refrigerate until set and well chilled-3-4 hours. 

  7. Serve with extra Reddi Wip whipping cream and fresh raspberries, if desired. Enjoy this refreshing Jell-O salad.
