Ingredients

  • 25 frozen strawberries or more to taste
  • 1 banana peeled
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 10 baby carrots
  • 2 tbsps ground flax seed
  • 2 cups milk more or less for desired consistency
  • 6 ounces raspberry yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • vanilla protein powder optional

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a good blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. I like to start with 1 1/2 cups of milk and add more after blending to get the consistency the way we like it.

  2. Serve in glasses and enjoy this healthy breakfast!
