A simple and refreshing Jell-O side dish recipe.
Bring water to a boil in a medium sized sauce pan.
Remove from heat and stir in Jell-O until dissolved.
Stir in puréed strawberries and stir well.
Add 8 ounce of Cool Whip and mix until well blended.
Pour into a 2 quart pyrex dish or individual serving dishes. Cover and refrigerate until set.
Top with more Cool Whip or Reddi Wip, and strawberries, as desired.
I like to make this the night before I want to serve this Jell-O salad.
